做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
