做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
