做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
