做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
