做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
