做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
