做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
