做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
