做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
