做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
