做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
