做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
