做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
