做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
