做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
