做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
