做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
