做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
