做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
