做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
