做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
