做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
