做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
