做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
