做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
