做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
