做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
