做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
