做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
