做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
