做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
