做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
