做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
