做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
