做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
