做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
