做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
