做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
