做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
