做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
