做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
