做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
