做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
