做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
