做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
