做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
