做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
