做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
