做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
